Privacy Policy

Last updated 13 July 2026. Short on purpose: Atlas AI runs on your hardware, so there is very little for us to talk about.

The short version

Atlas AI is a local-first product. Your conversations, files, and model weights stay on the machines you choose to run them on. We do not collect telemetry, conversation content, or usage analytics from the app itself.

What we do collect

If you sign up for the waitlist, we store the email address you submit. That is the entire record: an email, a timestamp, and nothing else. We use it only to let you know when the product is ready and to coordinate early-access invitations.

What we never collect

Conversation content or prompts.
Model responses or generated outputs.
Files, documents, or anything you process locally.
Device identifiers, IP addresses, or fingerprints.

Your choices

You can request deletion of your waitlist entry at any time by emailing the address listed in the footer. Removal is permanent and completion of any in-flight launch announcement is the only delay.
